Order Processing and Shipping Times

At MyTogBlogsMerch Store, we custom-print each item just for you. Our total delivery time is calculated by adding the Handling Time (processing) and the Transit Time (shipping).

1. Order Cut-Off Time
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 4:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
2. Handling Time (Processing)
  • Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and printed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
3. Transit Time (Shipping)
Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our shipping carriers.
  • United States: 3–5 business days.
  • Outside of US: 10–30 business days.

4. Simple, Transparent Shipping Costs
We want to get your merch to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Our shipping rates are based on your location and order total:

United States:

  • Orders under $100 (USD): $4.97 Flat Rate
  • Orders $100 or more (USD): FREE

Canada:

  • Orders under $140 (CAD): $18.00 (CAD) Flat Rate
  • Orders $140 or more (CAD): FREE

United Kingdom:

  • Orders under $85 (GBP): $12.00 GBP Flat Rate
  • Orders $85 or more (GBP): FREE

Order Processing
All of our products are made to order to reduce waste. Please allow 3–5 business days for your items to be printed and packed before they head out for delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your order ships.

International Customs & Duties
For our friends in Canada and the UK, please note that your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees as determined by your country's regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

A Note on Discounts
Free shipping is applied based on the order subtotal after any discount codes are applied. If a discount drops your total below the threshold for your country/region, standard shipping rates will apply.

Other General Requirements

The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:

  • The shipping address must be in Latin characters only.
  • The limit for Address Line 1 is 35 characters, and for Address Line 2, it is 30 characters.
  • We do not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
  • A phone number is required to ensure smooth delivery.

PO Box Delivery

  • Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. We do not deliver to PO Boxes outside of the United States. For international orders, please provide a physical address.
  • PO boxes come in various sizes, so it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered product will fit in their PO box. The largest available box measures 12" x 22.5", so products exceeding these dimensions cannot be shipped to a PO box.
  • PO box addresses are not supported by Express Delivery.
  • The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:
    • First name: John (matching the name on the box)
    • Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
    • Address 1: PO Box 1776
    • Zip code: 28034
    • City: Dallas
    • Country: United States
