Return & Refund Policy
At MyTogBlogsMerch Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them (unused, unworn, and unwashed).
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Reasons
We accept returns for both:
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at tim@mytogblogsmerch.store 
  • Customer Remorse: If you simply changed your mind or the item does not fit your needs, you may return it within the stated window.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at tim@mytogblogsmerch.store with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail.
  • Return Shipping Cost: For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost. For buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
